Bedhead Panda by Synchra

I have always loved Don Bluth's style and ever since I went to this Insider's Day at my old college to see him and Gary Goldman talk about their movies I've been wanting to figure it out and draw in it. I have been working on it a bit lately and I had the need to see a red panda done in that style. They just seemed too perfect for his style of caricature with their big foreheads, chubby/fluffy bodies, huge fluffy tails, pawhands, short stature, wide/flat muzzles etc.. It's not perfect by any means at all but it's getting closer! I name him Bedhead because I was thinking of this picture when I drew it: http://www.billybear4kids.com/animal/whose-toes/RedPanda1c.jpg I always thought the panda in that picture just had so much character and I need to draw him. He looks exhausted and disgruntled.
